In the last trip report, there were a number of Browns with a red tattoo or marking. Is there a resource or site that describes the tattoos and what they indicate (as in when they were stocked)?
This year the hatchery put red/orange “tattoo” marks just behind the left eye for all browns that will be stocked this year in the Meramec river. (i.e. October 2018 – February 2019)
