Does anyone have a pair of waders that I could borrow suitable for an 11-year old. It’s his first time going to Montauk and I wanted to make sure he got the full experience of walking the stream. He is 5’1” and normal build. I just need them for a couple of days in mid-september.

      thanks,

      John

      Hi John,

I have a large size Redington wader and size 12 wading boots my son has grown out of.  Not sure if they would fit. If that doesn’t work. I have a bunch of hip waders in different sizes. The hip waders were generously donated by the FATC to use with TMP kiddos mentoring projects.

Your welcome to borrow. Just let me know if it works for you?

      Mike

      Hi John.

Dont know if this helps, but i just bought a pair of White River waders with attached boots for my 9 year old at Bass Pro in St Charles.  They have a pretty good stock for kids/young boys sizes.  You might want to check that out.  They were $75 i think.  Hoping he gets a year or so out of them and then have to “size up’ again.

      Best of luck at Montauk!!!!
