Rick Doerr made a trip out to Colorado South Platte river mid-April and wanted to pass along a Big Thank You and do a little bragging.  Here’s his report and a few pictures and videos:

I had the opportunity to fish the South Platte River and Pouder River about a week ago. I was headed to the Big Horn River in MT but the snow, wind and blizard changed our plans. We decided to head south and spend 3 days on South Platte near Deckers and Cheesman Canyon and then up to the Pouder River near my friend’s house. A big Thank You for the information I have learned from the group in short time I have been a member. I was able to land some nice fish and lose some nice fish on my trip.
