The Flyfishers at the Crossing is a tax exempt (EIN:81-3146931) 501C3 fellowship for men with a passion for fly fishing. We strengthen our faith through community service, charity and brotherhood. Our Board of Directors and members are all volunteers.
Our latest project, Raise the Roof, will be our biggest local community service project yet. The Christian Fellowship Baptist Church building in University City, St Louis, is quickly deteriorating and without help this community will lose their place of worship. This church has been a safe haven for those in a neighborhood with rising rates of crime and violence by providing a safe place of hope, faith and love. Having a comfortable place to worship is vital for this community and we can do our part to help sustain that. Their needs include a new roof, outside tuckpoint work, painting, flooring, new rugs, windows, lighting, kitchen cabinets, basement sealing/sump pump and more. We have already started working with companies and individuals who are donating materials, funding and time and we hope you will consider joining us for the Raise the Roof project as well.
Our goal is to raise $62,500. Our men will provide most of the labor and several companies are partnering with us to provide the materials but funding to complete this project is desperately needed. Here’s where we are asking for your help. If you can donate to this project - $25, $50, $100 or $1000, we can get this project off the ground. All donated monies will go into a separate account solely for this mission. We have decided to ask individuals directly for donations vice using a GoFundMe page at this time so that we can keep all your donations. If your business, organization or church would be interested in donating have them follow the procedures below or write to us at ourFATC@gmail.com.

2. By PayPal – send your donation (to family and friends not service or business) to cfbaptistchurch@sbcglobal.net . Please add in the notes section your address or email so we can send you a Thank You.
