Here's what I love -- meeting with someone, listening to their story, clarifying what has gotten them stuck and then gently offering alternatives that give them freedom. Now, when I can connect all of that to a transcendent purpose, I know that I have done my job. Simply, I don't believe that we need to be helpless or discouraged because we are made in the image of God. I get to do all of this because of the C12 Business Forums that I am privileged to facilitate where we ask what does it mean to "build a great business for a greater purpose."
