      Bill awesome video and introduction to “Soft hackle wooly”. I will definitely be adding this wooly to ones I like to tie. I will let you know how the learning and tying progresses. Again Thank You Bill.

      Thanks for sharing Bill. Like Gabby said it’s definitely a  wooly bugger to try. BTW Gabby your actually going to follow a video on tying a fly. Gabby my brother after you harassed me yesterday about following video too much on how to tie flies. Really????LOL

      Sweeeeet looking flies Tim! What color feathers did you use on the middle fly in the photo you posted?

      From left to right,  Crawdad, Orange and speckled brown. The feather closest to the hook eye is Badger. All are India Hen Back or Neck. The necks I used are behind the buggers, but are mostly cropped out. I used Badger at the head because it is a little stiffer and will push a bit more water. My first attempt at posting pix. The colors did not turn out as well as I would have liked. I used an old cell phone, but it may be due to poor lighting, or just my inexperience. An easy tie. Interesting patterns can be tied by mixing different colored necks.
