I’m not sure about the calendar. I did receive a email that all rods Bob had available are sold. That could be the reason it’s not on the calendar, items sold fast. I was hoping Bob would make his Sweetgrass Bamboo rod available. Bob are you listening??

Finding gear sale announcements on the calendar is a little tricky. It shows up on just one day of the month, whichever day the poster chooses for the post. Bob’s post was dated July 31. You will find in on the calendar on that day.
Thanks, Guys. I received the e-mails about the sale and that the items were sold. I was just wondering why I didn’t see the items on the calendar as in the past. I’m happy for Bob being able to sell his rods so fast.
In speaking with Kenny, he indicated that in order for gear sales to be posted for the month, you put the notice on the last day of the month. So I put the gear for sale on July 31. Jim Craig was Johnie on the spot and picked up two really nice rods. He should be set for just about any situation now. Sort of hated to sell that Sage and Winston but two rods came into my collection so two had to go.
I’m glad Jim jumped in to help you out. Now I can borrow that 4 weight Winston and maybe a 7 weight Sage Method in a time of need. I saw your post on the FFForum and hoped Jim was the guy that got to them. Some good deals were made this last week.
