Reply To: Hand Warmers

I have one of the old Zippo catalytic hand warmers. They work just fine but are heavy and they smell like lighter fluid. I think that you will need the little bag that they came with to keep the hot metal surface off your hands. They do get hot!

Do they still make them? Mine is pretty old. I use the chemical type hand warmers. When they are fresh, they work very well. Once they get old (new in the package) they don’t work as well.
