Last Friday, fishing Montauk park, was drifting worms under a white foam indicator. Indicator was about the size (dia) of your index finger. Several fish kept coming up and hitting the indicator, must have happened three or four times. What flies have you used to give them an indicator with a hook? 🙂
Bob
You might try a fly like a Humpy, a foam one would be very buoyant.

Bob, this is the result of thoughtless anglers tossing their cigarette butts in the stream. Some trout have eaten these discards and have a nicotine habit. I suggest the Lucky Strike fly. Get some 1/4″ white cylindrical foam, lightly singe one end and cut to butt length. Insert a hook coated with glue and anticipated some lucky strikes!
Barry,
Yuck. Just make it look like a vape pipe! Or just throw on a “stimulator” – get your mind out of the gutter – I mean the Stimulator FLY!!
